The future prospects of the target were heavily dependent on its future utilisation of its residential care units.
Credo therefore developed a strong understanding of the current and future demand drivers, understanding likely growth in local volumes, and also analysed the target's capabilities of attracting referrals from outside of its core regions. This demand was then analysed against the supply-base within the region, with considerations made to potential additions to the market, through extensive research within the local healthcare community.
