Over the last five years, the deal market has remained buoyant despite a period of sustained political and economic uncertainty.  In this environment, astute investors have been able to realise strong returns on investments in those businesses and infrastructure assets which are well placed to meet the evolving needs of consumers and businesses.  However, the uncertainty in the market means that there are risks in every transaction, and investors require a clear and honest assessment of the opportunities before progressing with any deal.

Our deep expertise and the integrity of our approach have allowed us to build a market leading positon in strategic transaction work in our areas of expertise. For example, we work with or know nearly all of the major private equity houses with interests in business and support services, and have advised at all size levels from £10m to £1bn+ deal values.
