Outside the Office
While many other top-tier consultancies promote this in their recruitment literature, Credo really does have an exceptionally friendly and collegiate ethos. It would be fair to characterise the firm’s culture as ‘work-hard play-hard’, and nowhere is this more apparent than when looking at our packed socials agenda.
If you’d like to gain a flavour of what we get up to, it is worth perusing our excursions over the past year or so.
Our annual Away Weekend is a real highlight as we head off together to explore new cities, talk about the future direction of the firm, and party into the small hours. Recent destinations have included Lisbon, Brussels, Barcelona, and Budapest.
There are also a disproportionate number of keen skiers at the firm, which has led to an annual tradition of the (100% unofficial) Credo ski trip. Think powder, fancy dress, good food, and excellent company.
Closer to home
Credo’s 'Entertainment Officer' ensures we have an active social calendar in the rest of the year. Every couple of months we enjoy something a little out of the ordinary…..and given the nature of many consultants at the firm, this often involves a competitive element! Over this past year we have white water rafted down the Olympic rapids, been rally driving, tackled Murder Mysteries, and ‘triumphed’ in a dodge ball tournament.
Each year we assemble teams of budding Credo athletes to compete in an annual triathlon event. Other sporting activities include mixed netball and football, rock climbing and badminton.
We wouldn’t keep organising these if we didn’t genuinely enjoy hanging out together!
